1. On the left hand side toolbar select "Contacts." Select the "Upload Contacts" button. Upload an excel file with mobile numbers. 
2. Create a group name, then select the group you wish to add the contacts too, then upload.

You can navigate away from the page whilst they upload it may take a few minutes depending on how many contacts.
